Hewlett Packard Business (HPE) has introduced its intent to acquire OpsRamp, an IT operations management (ITOM) services provider, for an undisclosed sum as it seems to enhance its GreenLake capabilities.

San Jose-headquartered OpsRamp, which was started in 2014 by Raju Chekuri and Varma Kunaparaju, provides an AIOps platform that specializes in monitoring, automating and controlling IT infrastructure, cloud methods, workloads and purposes for hybrid and multicloud environments.
